How do I return an item?
See terms and conditions on our Returns and Damage Policy page. Fill out and submit a Return/Warranty Form. Our customer service group will contact you within 24 hours of RMA receipt.
How long will it take for me to receive my GO2 products?
Overall, we estimate 2 weeks. Typically, we will ship within 5 business days or less. Transit time is typically 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship outside the continental United States?
Not at this time. We hope to expand our reach in the near future.
Where will my order ship from?
Most items will ship from Ludington, MI via FedEx Ground. Seating products will ship from either Connecticut or California.
Can I track my package?
Yes, tracking information will be provided via email by FedEx at time of shipment.
Will all my products arrive at the same time?
Due to varied ship locations, dates and transit times, your product may arrive at different times. However, tracking is provided for each product to make deliveries easier to manage.
Do I have to set up an account, to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. We recommend you set up an account to improve our customer service to you.

Does GO2 furniture require assembly?

How do I get a copy of my receipt?
The order acknowledgement email you received when you placed your order serves as your receipt. If you created a GO2 account, you may view and print the receipt there as well.
